This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued by Newmarket-Tay Power Distribution Ltd. (“NT Power”) to seek submission of competitive offers from qualified constructors (“Bidders” or “Proponents”), who are deemed qualified by NT Power, and have proven experience in construction of electrical distribution systems in Ontario, for providing work and services for the construction of a new 44/8.32kV municipal Little Lake Substation (“LLS”) which will be built at 17003 Highway 12, Midland, ON L4R 0A9. The selected Bidder will perform work and services and supply materials, goods and products to NT Power and shall work directly with NT Power.
